AMAZING STORE AND SERVICE!!! I went to borthwick jewelry to buy a lab grown diamond ring and I am beyond thrilled with both my ring and the amazing experience I had at the store. I got a beautiful diamond at an extremely fair price and couldnt be happier. All the staff including the owner, the diamond king, were so awesome and friendly. The whole experience felt very welcoming and fun rather than just being transactional. They also cleaned a bunch of my jewelry for free! They also had a great selection of really impressive crystals and large geodes.

Went to see the diamond king today after many years of hearing his advertisements. Popped in with my wife to see about having a ring appraised or potentially selling it. The king was blinged out, fun, light hearted and offered us half a dozen options to maximize our money, none of which included him Then he took a look at the diamonds, cleaned them and told us the best way to sell them to maximize our money. He wrote down the specifics of the diamonds and offered advice on what to write in the advertisement. We’re not really jewelry people but he had some handmade pieces from Mexico we vibed with so I’m going back to grab these earrings for my wife because I was so impressed with our experience and the earrings are awesome. His energy was great, everyone working was warm and fun. I asked if we can just come hang out at the shop sometime. It’s hard to believe anyone has anything negative to say about the guy because he’s loosely goosey and it was easy peasy being in his store. If you don’t like to deal with someone with some flavor, go to the mall. Imma bend the knee to the king.
